It was undoubtedly a unique and very enriching experience due to: the ability to interact with the rest of the group; importance of contact, even if only through a smile / look; perception that it is not a shame to be spontaneous / genuine and to show our feelings to those we do not know; importance of balance; the importance of not letting the child within us “die”; realization that from time to time it is necessary not to think, let me go ...; understanding that does not hurt to fall, the important thing is to get up and smile, ALWAYS!
